The Executive Committee consist of the elected Officers (and the immediate Past President).
The Executive Committee has authority to transact any necessary business between KFRW club meetings, change a meeting date in an emergency, make recommendations as to policies of the Club; advise the President and fill vacancies other than the office of the President.

All Executive Committee members (elected Officers) are expected to:
- Attend monthly Executive Committee Meetings typically on the 2nd Wednesday at 5:30 pm
- Attend monthly KFRW Membership Meetings on the 4th Mondays at 7:00 pm
- Attend an annual Planning Retreat on a Saturday or Sunday (afternoon), either in early December or January, to plan the KFRW calendar for the next year
