- Solicit primary members in good standing who wish to serve as an officer on the Executive Committee.
- Vet all KFRW Nominating Committee Candidate Applications received.
- Report vetted candidates by office at the October membership meeting, after which nominations from the floor shall be allowed.
- Election of Officers will take place at the November membership meeting.
